You can’t handle the truth!

All Comanche Backblasts

June 23rd, 2017 By Wilson_RVA

YHC was honored when asked to guest Q at Comanche on a Red Shirt Friday (honoring a fallen soldier). The fallen soldier chosen is Army 1st Lt. Ryan D. Rawl.

While in Charlotte for training I was blessed to make a connection with Chris Meetze. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army. He spent 25 years serving our country and keeping us safe. He served in many capacities to include counter narcotic units, aviation, maintenance and combat support battalion. He spent time in Al Asad, Iraq where his team supported operations within the Al Anbar Province. He works for Sysco Columbia, SC, has a beautiful wife and four great children.

When I mentioned what F3 Charlotte did during the Red Shirt Friday workout, YHC got the great idea to EH him and ask him to present 1st Lt. Ryan D. Rawl. He did not hesitate to agree but was VERY clear he was not going to go for a long run! An instant connection with Wilson (#runningsucks)! Chris is an intense dude that carries himself well. He is a BIG guy and a bit of trivia – he can recite the attached scene (Jack Nicolas) perfectly. Crazy!

Here is how it all went down! Short mosey & disclaimer.

COP:

SSH, Don Quixote, Crabcake, Merkin & Imperial Walker

Triple Check (Donkey Kick, Monkey Humpers, Run around bus loop) x3

Hate Hill (bus entrance) (Polar Bears, Lunges,Broad Jump Burpees) – What goes up MUST come down. Repeat with Love Hill (Minus Broad Jump Burpees)

Parking lot conveyors – 2 Burpees – bear crawl between.

Ring O Fire – 10 Merkins each – Some serious style points!

Mary – LBC & Homer to Marge

Moleskin:

20 warriors posted for a guest Q! YHC has enjoyed his time in Charlotte. I continue to be amazed at the power of F3! The PAX welcomed Me, Brady Bunch & Chris with welcome arms. They even tolerated Wilson’s 4th F (Salmon & Malbec)! Chris did a fantastic job sharing items about 1st Lt. Ryan D. Rawl! Chris is a great person and I am glad to call him my friend! Thank you for your service!

The PAX did an amazing job knocking out the beat down. Not much mumble chatter today. I’ll take that as a compliment! My apologies for missing any names or not spelling correctly.

Don’t want any BIG DATA errors.

Moment of silence for Cheech – South Carolina & Lt. Ryan Rawl.

YHC took us out!
