Total Beach Muscle Failure
All Comanche BackblastsJune 16th, 2017
Posted for Depth Charge by Buckwheat:
Today’s Comanche #RED FRIDAY beatdown was in memorial to CPL Dillon C Baldridge who was killed in action in the Peka Valley of the Nangahar Province of Afghanistan on June 10, 2017.
In honor of this American hero, 13 PAX exercised to our fullest ability – giving our own small measure of pain out of respect for Dillon’s “never quit” attitude.
After a recognition of his military career, we conducted a very brief mosey/warmup. Then, in honor of SGT Baldridge’s (promoted posthumously) final earthly military unit, The Rakassans of the 101st Airborne, we selected rocks for a total body beat down. A miserable time was had by all in the wood chip pits and many left the pit in fine “sugar cookie” form. Another short mosey and we honored Mary with an assortment of planks and ab exercises.

Very nice beat down @depthcharge!
HATE that I missed both this beatdown and Ace’s VQ yesterday as well. Looks like I missed out on a whole lot of fun and pain at the same time. TClaps for stepping up to lead, Depth Charge! I need to hear the eccentric cadence next week!
Excellent Q @DepthCharge! #Cobains for showing up late, but it didn’t take me long to realize that you are a professional. #ArmyStrong
The eccentric cadence was a new term for me and I’ll be borrowing that one from you. #F3plagiarism
Thank you for your service and thank you for honoring SGT Baldridge today! #neverforget
