Rolled into the lot at my customary 0529 to find the shovel flag in the ground, so I knew I would not be running by myself.  0531 and it is still just Kilowatt and myself, so we took off.  The weather was absolutely perfect this morning, not all that humid and fairly cool.  Decided to run to the end of Moss Farm, back, then the entire Greenway.  We separated a bit on the back stretch of the greenway.  I ran Moss Farm one more time after the Greenway while Kilowatt ran to HRMS where we met up and returned to the Odell lot.

COT: Prayers to Kohl family, MECA Happy Hour tonight, Sparky has the Q for bootcamp tomorrow.

Moleskin: Phone said I ran about 4.4 miles at a 9 minute pace, felt pretty good too.  Kilowatt   probably logged 3.5 miles or so at a bit slower pace, my man should have a sub 30 minute 5K time about licked at this point, nice job!  Any PAX looking to shed a few pounds should really consider mixing in the Cruise, it really helps.  Marie, you’ll be happy to know I tagged this post with “The Satisfaction Cruise,” you’re welcome:)
