Three PAX met up for some road work. We decided last week’s route would do for today, too. I thought we were “fish boning it” and did not bring my phone to track performance, but none of the expected PAX showed, so a straight up run it will be.

So down the greenway, up Alexia to Ravenscroft and make the big loop, back to the greenway for the sprint home to OES. Best we can tell about 4.1 miles in about 35 minutes or around 8:30 pace.

    You guys smoked it. I could barely breathe. Thanks for coming back to help me finish up strong.

    I like that route, a bit of “hill” in there while mostly staying off the roads.
