Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down
All All MECA BackblastsMay 15th, 2017
What a great morning it was for a BellBuster Monday, not too warm, not too cold, slight breeze, low humidity and 4 PAX started, one arrived late for a little Keep-The-Bell-Alive.

5 Rounds, 6 minutes each, thanks to the Tabata Pro Timer on my phone.
Each round comprised of 3 exercises that we cycled through on our own, doing the number of reps that each individual felt compelled to do at the time. Only requirement was to not put the bell down, unless one wanted to swap out their baby bell with BR or BG. Began Round 1 by stating rule that we’d keep bell off ground for entire 30 minutes, but midway through round 1, YHC was convinced that was not a good idea. So the 10 sec rest already programmed into the timer was used for everybody to put bell down, and seemed enough to re-energize and get ready for next round Okay, maybe we delayed subsequent round by another 5-10 seconds but, who’s counting.
Round 1
Curls
Tri-Ext
Overhead
Round 2
Lawn Mower
Lunge walk w Bell
Upright Row
Round 3
Chest press
skull crusher (not to be confused with the other exercise that YHC did confuse it with)
Sit N Press
Round 4
Squat
Oblique
Clean N Press
Round 5
W
LBC
Mason Twist
Pax given option to put bell down and do LBCs if needed, but strong showing by all; no sign of that in fact many took advantage of BG’s presence to swap out for the challenge. Well done!
Sparknut has better things to do, so he left us to…
Mary
Still only 0609, so too early to break even after just doing 6 minutes of non-stop Mary.

Was great moving the bell around with you all this morning. Sorry for late back blast.

Tremendous beatdown Schnitzel! Feel free to set your Tabata timer for more than a 10 second rest after 360 seconds of work, ha! EC for the Q for the pull overs. Excellent work by the PAX mixing in BG & BR, not easy work.
Easy now – not better things to do, but other responsibilities.
Great Q. It provides an unexpected grip challenge.
Heatstroke- thanks again for being the Rage Handler!
