YHC signed up to Q a while back just to keep my name relevant in the Tradition circle. I also realized that I run a lot now and that soccer arms really are a thing. It was a wet morning, not really raining but everything else was wet. At 0527 I thought I was going to be running back to The Precinct to catch a beatdown since no one else was there, but slowly they starting rolling in. 5 PAX in all for a dry then wet beatdown.

Looks good, Grizzly. I got up and fully intended to go…. But everything in me just felt too exhausted and tired. I could’ve forced it but figured I should just get the sleep instead of the usual.
And now I’m sad because I see partner stuff…. and an odd number of people. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a partner workout with an even number haha.
Nice Beatdown @GentleGrizzly. I wasn’t looking forward to the rain but it was a nice surprise that it held off except for some mist. Most Beatdowns I’m ready to dig in. My motivation level was low. I was there and going through the motions. You mixed it up nicely with various locations and exercises. Thanks for Q’ing, Grizzly! Missed you out there in the gloom, @KingLouue but glad you got extra sleep. You had extra Beatdowns over the weekend.
