P1 does Burpee Broad Jumps up the ramp
P2 runs to the top of the ramp, and back to P1, then switch
Continue until both get to the top (~150 yards, according to The Googles)
Same thing going down the other side, but with Walking Lunges instead of Burpee Broad Jumps
Over to the gate ramp
1 Jump Squat at the bottom
Backwards Run up the ramp (~70 yards)
7 Hand Release Mericans at the top, then back down
Continue to 7 Jump Squats and 1 Hand Release Merican
Slide over the one of the many hills
Bear Crawl up, 1 Merican
Crawl Bear down, 2 Mericans
Bear Crawl up, 3 Mericans
…continue to 10 Mericans at the bottom
Back to the first light pole in the parking lot for some ~50 yard sprints

1. Thanks for coming out. Love this AO…added some distances above so non-believers can get a sense of the expanse out there.
2. Started the morning with a Pharaoh confession of his Saturday morning activities. Gotta show to know, but regardless, considering the years he has on us and still out front in most exercises, I have no room to judge. Will still make fun of him a bit, but never judge!
3. Burpee Broad Jumping 150 yards is no joke, even as a team.
4. Good to see BBQ out…first visit to White Lightning? His hiatus from F3 apparently still included a lot of running. #stillfast
5. Escalade promised he’d post and he did….just misjudged the drive time a bit. Still wasn’t last, though. Hint – see #4 above.
6. I got Great Spauldini’s nickname, but had to ask about Hop Hunter and Habs. Turns out they refer to two of my favorite past times – beer and hockey. First FNG wearing a purple shirt gets named after Crown Royal. Then the trifecta would be complete.
7. Good to team up with Kojak and Spauldini . Pharaoh politely pointed out Spauldini made a wise decision to run with me the second time instead of Kojak. Apparently I’m a little slower than Kojak…
8. Absolutely no quit in Cherry Garcia. Modified when needed, but never stopped moving.

Great lead Gamma!! That was a quad killer but probably not much of a challenge for Pharaoh after BBC.
Good to see BBQ back out and he was as fast as always.
Enjoyed it like always Gamma. You never disappoint. It was indeed my first visit to White Lightning. Thanks to whoever yelled so I’d know where the PAX was hiding. Or maybe it wasn’t a yell but at least I was able to spot you.
