Learn something new every day
All All MECA BackblastsFebruary 22nd, 2017
Eight men came together today for an easy, and flat, out and back cruise along Prosperity Church Rd. Dingo, Farm, and YHC met at 5 for a 3 mile pre-run run. Dingo noticed that both Farm and I now have different warm-up routines we do because of various ailments. Dingo just has to run. Lucky bastard.
Now, for the actual cruise, the goal was to make it as flat as possible. Hope it didn’t disappoint. Here’s the route for your viewing pleasure:

– A little over 3 years ago I joined F3 and spilled merlot at highland creek elementary school. My life has changed dramatically since that day and I’m a better man because of my F3 brothers.
– Thanks for posting today everyone. Strong work by all.
– Need to give a shout out to @Buckwheat. Today’s full route was very close to 5 miles. Buckwheat turned back a little earlier than the rest of us. Then he turned on the afterburners. The lead group finally caught him on Driwood Ct. The rest of us only caught him because he turned around to pick up the six. Straight up hauling brother.
– Apparently there were some shenanigans going on behind me on the cruise today between Farm, Dingo, and Brutus. It had to do with Brutus giving them a hard time for running slow.
– We all learned a new word today. @Farm brought his M today so she could do a little walk/run on her own. @skipper met her after the run. Right after the COT, skipper called farm brosius. Having no idea what it meant, there was some discussion on if this was a good thing or bad thing. Farm gave skipper a puzzled look, but @dingo reminded us that if it came from skipper, the odds were that it was a compliment. Sure enough, brosius means that Farm married up. I concur.

Nice work by all. Sound off
I enjoyed meeting my Brother Maasai and look forward to speaking more.
@Farm – Ahoy! You were correct that I would forget to post the definition of #brosius for you, however I see that @FJ already did it in the backblast. The term used to be in the F3 #lexicon. Named after former NY Yankee Scott Brosius who is just an average looking guy that apparently has an amazing wife. #marriedup
