Fitness and Fast Food Tour De Burg

Nine men took on this week’s #RoadWarrior challenge. Our goal was to hit all of the fitness spots of Harrisburg: starting with the Burn Boot Camp Burners (#FitMoms), then on to the visit the #SwoleMates at Gold’s Gym, and finally the place formally known as Curves. To round out our trip we circled some of the local fast food establishments to pick up #TheSix.
The Thang
- Start Sports Junction
- Straight on Main Street (Holla at the #FitMoms)
- Right on Kee Lane
- Right on Highway 49, run through the Parking Lot of Harrisburg UMC to pick up #TheSix.
- Back on Highway 49, run around Bojangles to pick up #TheSix.
- Back on Highway 49, run around Louis Grille to pick up #TheSix.
- Back on Highway 49, turn around Gold’s Gym
- Back on Highway 49, lose @Casper to the #CallOfNature while picking up #TheSix.
- Right on Sims Parkway, into Harrisburg Park (to the Shelter and back)
- Right on Oakley Drive
- Right on Henderson Circle, back onto Oakley Drive
- Right on Harrisburg Depot Road
- Left on School Circle, left into Lowes Parking Lot (pass the old Curves, which is now some Kick Boxing place) Through the Lowes Parking Lot onto Highway 49
- Left on Roberta Road
- Right on Physicians Boulevard
- Left on Professional Boulevard
- End at Sports Junction

Well, the #callofnature explains how @Casper got behind us again. And come to think of it, he did look about 5 pounds lighter as he passed.
Thanks for the lead @SoloCup. That last stretch up to golds gym sneaks up on you. Thanks for coming back for us so many times. When you went into the park, we figured we’d save you one last trip back. Besides, when you get this much weight rolling downhill, it’s hard to turn.
