My dog ate my Weinke

All All MECA Backblasts

February 13th, 2017 By Schnitzel

It was a little chilly for a 50 degree morning, but near prefect weather with a hazy moon up above the BP station. We waited for Heat Stroke briefly, but then had to be on our way. I was Weinke-less, I would like to blame it on my dog but actually she was still sleeping at 0515.

Warm a rama
Loop around the parking lot for a short mosey.

The Thang
YHC seems to be rolling from one injury to another. I may be a little slower but trying to hang in there. So we’ll start off by doing some painfully slow exercises. Seemed like we did a lot more, it just took so long to do the 10.

Repeato x5.

With no weinke, we had to talk through the next round a few times to get it straight. Mini-horseshoe, with the bells. Horseshoe adds a regiment each iteration, where an iteration seperated by a lap around CB parking lot. Then once you work up to where you do all of the exercises in an iteration, they start peeling off the front, so last iteration is 20 squats.

Moleskin
TClaps to Sugar and Jackie Moon for joining me this morning. Good way to start off the week. We could have done this workout in our driveway or cul-de-sac by ourselves, but doesn’t work for me. Something about driving 15 mins and meeting up with a couple F3 brothers makes it all happen. Enjoy the day.

Announcements
Word is that Sirius is cranking up again, sometime in March. Stay tuned for details, but looking to be a Tues/Thurs boot camp. Cox Mill Elementary.

  1. Sorry I missed it Schnitzel! Stinks when you are all ready to go with knee sleeves on and kettlebell ready, then are informed that the M is leaving to work out at Burn and my sick 2.0 comes down the steps at 5am. Had to stick around. The 2.0 went to bed at 3:30pm yesterday and got up at 5am this morning, that is some serious snoozing/recovering right there!

  2. Sorry Schnitzel, I mistook the Weinke for my homework, so I gave it to the dog last night.
