– The morning started off cool but it warmed up quickly with those damn burpess, who thought that was a good idea
– T-claps to the men of @Concord for joining your brothers at #WhiteLightning this morning. The workout is every Monday except for the last Monday of each month.
– Not sure what @Indy is doing to the men of @Concord but those boys don’t quit. I something about a whip but I want go there.
– Pray for our brother Flick as he could use it during this time.
– Continue to post men and #EH those #sadclowns around you. No need for anyone hold on to F3 as it was a gift given to you so now give it to someone else.

Thanks for joining this morning men. Maybe next time we will do more shoulders and legs.
Strong workout, @Col…the cold quickly became a non-issue. The suspended dips were brutal. My apologies to @Backdraft for having to hold up this fat kid.
Those Concord boys are definitely fast. Let us know if you do decide to decline @Exit54’s BRR application.
@Buckwheat – always great to catch up. Hope the ankle continues to heal.
Great to see @Pongo out this way as well. Man of few words, but no quit in him!
Let’s go with sturdy undercarriage in the name of political correctness
Tough workout, Col M. Those inverted hip-slaps were a challenge.
Good to meet you, Fire Chicken, Trick Daddy, and Pongo
