To the hills
All All MECA BackblastsJanuary 26th, 2017
Looking at the weather last night the only chance of rain all day was right during the workout. YHC is not fond of working out in the rain but thinking about accountability to the other guys is what brought me out. Luckily the rain fizzled out so off we went……………..

–Thanks to Posh for his choice during Mary. I’ve only been in F3 for a little over a year and I had never seen that one. Good thing we work out in the dark.
–A warning for you guys using Stallings Road to head to the workouts. You got another set of eyes watching so you might want to keep on eye on that speedometer. #Citizensarrest
–Sorry #BurpeeChallenge guys, we only got in 20 burpees. Don’t forget to get in those last 10 sometime today.
–Thanks for everyone coming out and keeping me accountable!!!!!!

Nice use of a rarely used hill @Kojak. Strong work w/ the ruck. So glad the rain held off, as that would’ve been dicey.
Great to see @Diesel and @Kotter pushing hard! #TClaps for @BurVegas knocking out the early burpees he missed too.
Good work out @Kojak. Just what I needed. The bottom of the hill was actually pretty dry even though we’d had some rain.
And one other thing @Kojak…congratulations on your 2.0’s birthday that you mentioned.
