Brutus send off cruise

7 pax came together to see what YHC had in store this morning. The temperature was in the 60s and no rain in sight. Great day for a run. See here for the route. This day gave us a chance to run with Brutus one last time before he heads off to Uganda. The precinct backblast from yesterday explains what Brutus plans to do the next several weeks. Good run today, I felt all over in it. “I feel great! …. I can’t run / am dying! …. I’m fine!”
Still a little beat up from The Academy yesterday. Glad I did that overly short pre-run….. Helped me feel a bit better for the actual run. Good to see Brutus one more time before the trip.
