40 degrees, dry, gloomy: perfect conditions to have a little F3 fun!  At least that’s the story these 14 men told this morning at our beloved Skywalker AO.  Shovel flag planted, disclamer given, time for the fun to start.  Let’s mosey!

Mosey to the dungeon wall for 5 Burpee-Muscle-Ups & 20 LBCs.  Repeato.  Repeato.

Down to the driving range.  Merkins in the parking spots, 10 jump squats at the street.  Hit all 7 parking spots adding 2 merkins each time.  Lots of mountain climbers while we wait for the six.

Grab some fence!

• 10 incline merkins on top rail
• 10 LBCs
• 10 Declines on lower rail

Gather up on the street

• 5 merkins, 5 squats, then AYG sprint to Grand Central Station & partner up

1. Great turnout from the Skywalkers and Stoners today.  I appreciate you men for posting and following me around for 45 minutes.
2. Hey, anybody see Tugboat this morning?
3. I wanted to keep the blood moving and make the most of our time.  I saw some pretty good sweat angels for a winter beatdown so mission accomplished there.
4. What about Kool Aid?  Where was he?
5. If you haven’t made it to Sweet Spot after the workouts this week, you are missing out.  Luckily you will have another opportunity tomorrow morning!
6.  We are in serious and dire need of some Q’s.  Sign up for a few here.  Beatings will continue until the morale improves (or until more people sign up).  Never Q’d before (looking at you Big Unit & Ambassador)? No problem!  Just sign up.  You CAN do it.   Ask a brother for some help if you’re not confident.  It can only make you better.
