COT/ Warrior One
Moleskin
- Everyone looked strong out there today. It was great hearing guys encourage one another to push themselves out of their comfort zone. I tried to get creative this morning so that everyone had a challenging workout, while still staying together and enjoying each other’s company
- #Tclaps to @BearClaw for #MovingForward when he wanted to go Back
- #Tclaps for @SSMinnow for putting in the extra 4 miles prior to #RoadWarrior and still leaving most of the Pax in the dust
- @TheMagnificent, I think the goal for your next half should be sub 1:35:00
Challenge for the day: Find a Man and make him better either through an action or kind word.
Keep Pushing,
Solo Cup

Thanks for the opportunity to lead
Fun lead in gloom @SoloCup. Have to remember to not trail you next time you “step on a duck” out there
That was Banjo…and I will have to remember the same
Way to push the Pax pace @SoloCup….5 1/2 miles is the longest I have done at Road Warrior
