If we workout in the rain, we are going to get wet. Birthday Q

All All MECA Backblasts

December 7th, 2016 By Casper

Droughts in the Greater Charlotte Metro, not any longer. 7 of Harrisburg’s finest took to the December wind and rain for an old fashioned keep moving beat-down. “Respect” was earned by Q on his 3rd B-Day Q so far. Nice to earn “respect” by simply “living another day”. The shovel flag was planted and off we went.

Warmup:
Mosey through main lot, butt kickers, side to side left, side to side right, mosey, high knees. Circle up @ entrance to stadium parking lot @ end of Raging Ridge Road by the road extension, which this week has earned the distinction as being the the longest time wise construction project for a 1/4 mile road extension in NC history.

Moleskin:
1. Rain scared a few off today, we are sure. Thanks to those of you who beat the weather and did your bodies good.

2. Good MumbleChatter today and camroderie. We have to enjoy being amongst our brothers, as we do.
3. Great to see Chicken Run busting it out there this morning.
4. Exit 54 is fast, if you did not know it already.

5. Really appreciate and am grateful for the birthday wishes, new found “respect”, and Gamma, Clueless, Flip Phone, and Othello stating they would have stayed home, had it not been a birthday Q. While I believe that to not be totally true, they hit a soft spot and made this guy feel good.
6. “It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.” – Charles Darwin

  4. Strong #Respect lead @Casper! I’d like to say I enjoyed sharing the milestone with you, but there was very little I enjoyed about the sideways rain. You’re a #Strong50!
