8 Men stepped into the cold for a few laps at the speedway this morning.   Here’s roughly how it went:

Warm Up:

Run across the HUGE parking lot.  Backwards run, high steps, butt kickers, defensive slide,  still not there..  circle up near the entrance to admire the warm glow of the Christmas lights left on by the Speedway.

• 10 SSH
• 10 Imp Storm Troopers
• 10 Windmill
• 10 Squats
• 10 Smurf Jacks
• 10 Monkey Humpers
• 10 Merkins
• 10 Min Climbers
• 10 LBC
• 10 Freddie Mercury

By now a dump truck driving in circles was totally killing the holiday cheer.   So we moved back into the gloom near the hill.

Apparently, it’s hard to count on your hands with gloves.   Despite my best efforts to confuse the group we managed to complete the following:

• Run a lap up and around the hill.
• 10 Merkins
• 10 Burpees,
• 10 Get Up’s (5) ea arm
• 10 LBC

Rinse and repeat 5 times.

Run to the Christmas Tree while singing Christmas carols.

• 10 Dips on the Speedway Sign
• 10 Incline Merkins
• 10 Step Up’s.
• Finish singing..

Run back to the cars for Mary.

• 20 Reverse Crunches
• Homer to Marge
• 10 Mason Twist
