It’s a chipper day- pushing toward fatigue- not failure
All All MECA BackblastsNovember 16th, 2016
5 of Traditons finest chose wisely today for the iron fist. YHC chose a simple ” chipper” workout this morning – just one of the many creative beatdowns from a couple of my other workout sources.
Our resident expert in pain infliction and proper use of action words was ready and raring to go this morning – so we were careful in our word choice as we navigated thru the morning. We found out that some words do not exist in his vocabulary – – nor should it in ours. So with corrective action taken – we removed, failure, small, give up, lose – and other similar words from the English language – Thank you Major!
Off we go – Disclaimer then off with a short Dutch mosey (no this is not considered running – Maximus).
Circle up for some various and sundry warm o ramas
Grab a cinder block and partner up – Each must do the following together- when one partner hits “Fatigue” the other partner(s) stop and all walk to the tire where they perform the recovery exercise – then back to the previous until fatigue again… rinse and repeat.
150 high pulls each – when one hits fatigue – both move to tire and do 20 dips – repeato till all 150 are done
125 Staggered squats – then to incline merkins on tire
75 – Squat press – then to CDD’s on tire
50- rather 40 ( ran out of time) Cinderblock burpees – then dips again on tire.
also did some low flutters and LBC’s to help with fatigue recovery
Circle up for some Mary

No running?
Nice workout @dutch. Shoulders definitely aching today. Also – quite a vocabulary lesson today. Word choices noted…
