7 men ventured out into the gloom this morning for a 4.5 to 5 mile scamper through the Burg. It all started with a bit of yawning and belching. As we made our way down Main Street across HWY 49 towards Shamrock we caught our stride and headed towards the darkness.

The Thang

• Run down Main Street
• Left on hwy 49
• Right on Shamrock to stop sign at Phar Mill.
• Turn around go back up Shamrock
• Left on River Hills
• Right on Timberland
• Left on Shamrock
• Left on 49
• Right on Main Street back to start.

• All and all a good little jog as we got a little stronger this morning. Thanks for the opportunity to lead!
• @Magnificent used the median on Shamrock and ski slalom and hurdled the gate as he he made his way towards Phar Mill.
• I would also like to give #Tclaps to DJ @Starsky for providing some tunes as he carried a boom box yes a boom box blasting tunes from his days of runnin’ shine in Boone.
