Although we all have F3 shirts, only one of us was wearing one, yet two of us managed to coordinate their wardrobes anyway. Next time send the memo to everyone. Good thing Sgt Thomas Highway wasn’t leading this thing or else we all would have been shirtless.

- Howl at the Moon Series: Down Dog, Up Dog, Plank, Forward Fold, Half Forward Fold, Mountain, Swan Dive, Forward Fold, Half Forward Fold, Plank, Up Dog. Repeato x4.
- Lunge Series: Down Dog, Three Point, Lunge, Crescent, Spinal Balance, Warrior One, Warrior Two, Side Angle, Peaceful Warrior, Triangle, Warrior Two, Warrior One, Lunge, Plank, Up Dog. Repeato.
- 2.0 Series: 2.0 Pose, 2.0 w/side reach R/L, 2.0 Half Knot R/L.
- Six Series: Seated Hamstring Stretch, Hurdle Pose, Slow WWII Sit Ups w/leg lifts x4, Ball, Bridge, Shoulder Stand, Plow.
- Pigeon R/L.
Moleskin
- It was great to be back out at Warrior One. It’s been a couple of months since I had a good stretch with all the running I’ve been doing. Definitely needed it.
- Thought we lost @Sid Vicious to narcolepsy, with legs straight up in the air, for a bit during Six Series.
- @Clueless and @Sid Vicious will be giving BFF wardrobe coordination tips tonight at HDHH, 7pm at Flanagan’s. Be there!

Great to have the broga guru back in town! The only reason I wore that shirt this morning was to do the crow pose while wearing a bird shirt… #Disappointed.

I broke out the Orioles T-Shirt for the ‘Tag Team’, still disappointed that my F3 recruit’s name was changed from the ‘Rock N Roll Express’ to ‘Bieber’. #WrestlingIsReal
