6 Men met the girls in da gloom and it was a freak show!

The Thang:

Warm Up:

Azz to da Grazz X 10

Crucifix X 10

Hand Release Mericans X 10

KB Swings X 20 until each member did 100 yard Waitor’s Walk

(120 KB Swings)

KB Goblet Squat X 15 until each member did 100 yard 80# Farmer’s Walk

(90 KB Goblet Squats)

Overhead Reverse Lunge until each member did 40 yards worth of suicides

Challenge Round:  Each man would choose a heavier weight to do 5-10 KB Swings.  The others did low flutters while we progressed.

KB Thrusters X 10-15 while the others elbow planked? (Audible)

Naked Moleskins:

  1. No complaints from the Pax.  Much less lippy vs. Isotope.
  2. Sparknut wasn’t afraid to meet the ladies.
  3. Lots of mumblechatter regarding ones body weight vs The Ladies. #tabu
  4. YHC has a better understanding of frozen dinners
  5. Hula thanks for the invite.  I’m glad we met the one sizzling day in Wilmington.

    Two of the seven bullet points appear directed at me- glad I got your attention, Friday.

    Good job with the Q, Friday, still adapting to the KB workout but expect to get more friendly with the ladies in due time. We ARE that kind of men’s group.

    80 pounders are ludicrous- I like it (despite the initial objections). Good work by all today.

    Thanks for the Q @Friday. When some od the regulars saw your name for Q, they must have gotten scared. Glad to meet Clairabell and Annibelle. Didn’t expect to meet or enjoy meeting them. Thanks for challenging us also at the end to go big.

    Sorry to miss, but Sparky was dishing it out @Skywalker on his 1 year anniversary. Brutal ain’t the word for it.

    Next Friday is 2 year birthday for Rolling Stone; we’ll celebrate in Bell Buster style.
