1. Thanks for coming out. Haven’t done this one in a while, and it was good to pause the running for a day.

2. Welcome out to little Sbardella (now Gomer as he just returned from basic training). He may have been worried about keeping up with us at BRR, but after seeing some of us, I don’t think he’s worried anymore.

3. Tclaps to Bull and Swami for the pre/post workout runs. Anyone else? Sound off below. (no Starsky, that doesn’t count)

4. Thanks for Dick Tracy for taking us out – strong prayers for all those serving in the military and law enforcement.

5. Somewhere, thanks to Bull, a driver’s ed student is telling stories of a bright light coming at him.

6. At least three witnesses to the shooting star before the workout…that makes it legit, right? Either way, not sure if it’s a good or bad omen, especially when it breaks up like it did.

    Good one Gamma!!! Think it would qualify as tapering as per our Captain.

    Pretty sure I saw a Belieber running up the new road by the stadium.

      Thanks @Kojak, although I stopped listening to our Captain months ago, like when he said we should train for BRR and stuff.

      Sorry @Clueless, didn’t realize you ran in as well. Unless @Kojak wasn’t referring to you….in which case this is awkward.
