12 determined pax put in some more BRR training this morning.  We all ran a little faster when the rabid golden retriever had to be picked up by his owner to stop him from getting an F3 beat down.  #SickemPetey

• Go straight down French Fields until it ends and back up (Fork 1)
• Turn Left at Burnage Hall and then quick left on Hounslow Ln and back (Fork 2)
• Straight through on Burnage Hall, quick right on Grovesner St and back (Fork 3)
• Repeato until 6:15
