6 Harrisburg Heavy Metal fans descended upon Stallings Road Park this morning for a relaxing round of kettlebells.  As we prepared to begin, YHC noticed the absence of the usual “extra” bells.  Looks like someone, who shall remain nameless (you’re welcome Gamma), heeded the call of the #fartsack this morning.  At any rate, we ended up with just enough iron for everyone present.  Here’s how it went…

  1. Great work out there guys. Hope everyone has a safe weekend!

  2. That was a solid lead @TBone! Thanks for putting that one together. I’ll sleep good tonight.

Definitely enjoyed throwing the metal around this morning with you fellas.

  3. Great lead @TBone! Definitely feeling all those mericans now. Thanks for the push. Have a great weekend!

  4. Thanks for the strong lead @TBone. The Farmer’s Walk between sets was the break I needed at the last to make it through to the Mary.

  5. Couple things. First, great lead. Loved the farmers carry. It helped me survive the circuits… What didn’t help was I didn’t realize we were stepping each set down. So I did 10. Every. Single. Time. (Almost, anyway). I was wondering why everyone else was moving so much faster than me! Great job on this one. It smoked me and was just what I needed today. Now I know why Hootie said “T-bone is your daddy.”

  6. Whoa, I can fartsack a workout with the best of ’em, but never Harrisburg Iron! Was in NY with 2.1 for a college visit. Thanks for stepping up to lead! Hated to miss weekly kettlebells, and definitely hated to miss @Titleist’s return to the gloom!
