16 F3 Faithful Brothers from Harrisburg joined up at HRHS this morning for some running with a mix of pain. Nothing too fancy on the #Weinke… just men getting after it.

- Yo-Yo from end of Raging Ridge to 4 intersections… 4, 8, 12, 16 one-legged burpees respectively as you reach Hickory Ridge Rd.
- At each return to end of Raging Ridge complete 8 – 8 cnt body builders, 8 step back lunges (each leg), & 8 prison cell mericans
Mary: One minute power abs, spare tire shredders until 6:15

You guys missed the funniest comment from banjo boy this morning – we somehow were talking about being in prison and having conjugal visits…and he said, “I am a free man and I haven’t had a conjugal visit in six months”
Nice! Yep… break out the prison merican and you never know what you’re going to get. Judging from your brood, you may be able to counsel…

Solid workout this morning. Its a good thing I have a desk job cuz I am shot!
I wasn’t there but I felt the pain all the way from Faith Coffee shop- those two hand donut curls will prepare me for kettle bells with Gamma
