We Like the Greenway

It was a nice cool 64 degrees for our run this morning- lots of humidity to go with it but better than the low 70’s we have been seeing. Since it was just the two of us this morning that both admitted to having to really push ourselves to show, we decided to do an all-Greenway run at a slow & easy pace.
The Greenway part we stuck to but the pace was fairly brisk.
We started at 5:36 am from OES with a LT onto the Greenway, to the end at the Alexcia (spelling?) cul-de-sac, and back to OES. Nike Running app tells me 2.73 miles in 21:55 for an 8:01 pace.
Some good 2nd F this morning- hope to see more of the local PAX join us for a morning Cruise in the future.

Enjoyed the fellowship, Sugar- the running not so much. Hope your trials and tribulations with your motorized vehicles soon are over. Like I have always said, if it has keys it will eventually be a problem.
Sorry you couldn’t make it, Waterboy, but hope to see all tomorrow as Sparknut is the Q and I am sure it will be terrible.
I enjoyed it as well Marie! Today was proof to me that pushing yourself out of the fartsack on days you don’t feel like it is definitely worth it! After missing a few posts it’s easy to forget how good you feel after.
Thanks for the kind words regarding my fleet of vehicles. All said, I’ll take these issues as there are many others dealing with far greater trials than me.
