- No Sign Up Genius slot, no problem. Luckily, I just walked my dog, Lily, the night before on that very same route. I thought this would make a
goodmiserable beat down. You’re welcome. - We covered over 2 miles this morning. I know some of you weren’t expecting that for a boot camp, so thanks for rolling with it. Great push out there.
- Thanks to Hammer for taking over Mary and finishing up the workout.
- It was great to see some old, familiar faces like Phantom, Winnebago and Sir Mix-a-lot. Not old as in “old.”
- Speaking of old faces…..thanks for the drive by, Gump. Good luck with your 50 for 50 ultra event.
- Have a great week everyone. Make the most of it and don’t settle for “I’ll do that next month.” Do it now!
Godspeed

Great lead @Pavarotti. Thanks for stepping up today. I hope Lily had better success with that workout than I did. You missed @Hammer’s J-Lo butt shaper exercise in the backblast, which should always come with a shout out to @ONJ. I crack up just thinking about that one.
How could I forget the ONJ-Lo?! A crowd favorite.
So did @Gump actually drive by (like in a car)? Or did he run by (like training for 50-miler)? I’m used to the former, but hope it’s the latter. #ahoy
He was definitely on foot. But I don’t know if I would use the phrase “run” for what he was doing. More like a leisurely stroll.
