The Thang:

1. Rt on HC Prkwy, Left on Cambridge Bay for the longer loop or continue on HC Prkwy for shorter loop, left on HC Prkway, and return to HCES via Prkwy.
2. 5.2 mi for longer loop.

The Naked Moleskin:

1. The pax had not yet heard of @Chowder’s big run during the Time Laps event so YHC shared his humble story with the crew.  Upon hearing of his athletic feat in running a sub-four minute mile to bring home 2nd place, most of the pax found their knees and chanted “we aren’t worthy, we aren’t worthy.”  True story….about a true story.
2. The most exciting part of the #Cruise was when we found ourselves booking along at a decent clip and out of our peripheral vision we see a blur of motion as some young female runner is killing us down the parkway on the other side of the street.  Everyone had the same thought “she’s not that fast, I’ll speed up and stay with her.”  Well, about 20 seconds later, everyone is wheezing, slowing, and realizing that slowly disappearing figure is really fast.  Who is she?  Where did she come from?  Was it real?  Did we imagine it?  The world may never know.
3. Other great stories from the gloom were shared but when you write BB’s 5 days after the workout, you tend to forget them.
