On this day we got a visit from 2 of our brothers from the North and we welcomed them with open arms(or piggy backs). The workout would go south later on and the PAX stepped up to make it successful(or at least I think it was).

No warm-a-rama
2 columns and off we went to the back of Hickory Ridge Middle
2 guys on each team had to be carried(piggy back mostly) at all times
Stations:
1st round:
#1 Merkins x 20
#2 Flutters
#3 Squats
#1 at top of the ramp, #2 at bottom of the hill, and #3 at top of the hill. Move between the stations.
2nd round:
#1 Body builders x 10
#2 Lunges
#3 Low Dolly
#1 at top of the ramp, #2 at top of the hill, and #3 at bottom of the hill. Move between the stations.
Mosey back toward the cars but hey we got 10 minutes left so………………..
Burpee ladder starting at 10 and going down to 1(or that was what was instructed). Start at each parking lot line and then move onto the next line and so on until down to 1 burpee.

–Thanks to our brother Olive for coming down from NoCo and personally inspiring me to come out. Olive keep your head up and know that there are people out here thinking about you and your family. Thanks also to Jimmy O for coming along with him and hopefully you guys will come back if you’re ever in Harrisburg at 5:30 in the morning.

I realize that most folks aren’t as understanding as I am with these things, but it was good lead with a tough bunch. Great meeting @Olive and @JimmyO.
Don’t forget F3 Harrisburg’s 3rd year anniversary on June 4th as well.
