  1. Great workout today guys! I guess trash talking doesn’t bring record numbers, but still a good crowd. Keep coming and getting your brothers out there to get stronger.

    Aye!

  2. A few things:

    1. You need to change the Tag of this post to MECA and add Harrisburg, as well as The Ridge
    2. You were/are correct, the Big Loop around the School (which includes all of the Gravel path) is .52 miles. If you go just around the school, it is .45 miles
    3. Great lead and a very tough workout bud. My shoulders are smoked.

    1. Thanks for the succinct, numbered list. I think you are more of a nerd than me. Take that as a compliment.

Normally it doesn’t let me even post without that, but it must have a default setting now.

  3. Great workout and beatdown @FlipPhone

  4. I seriously hated every single minute of this workout. Thank you.

    1. You’re welcome. Lots of spots open in June, so you’re welcome to return the favor.

  5. @FlipPhone….don’t let anyone make you question wearing 2 watches. I mean some of the finest men wear fanny packs and we all let them rock it like a Members Only jacket.

  6. Thanks for reminding me, what the hell is up with the two watches?

    1. Bump, set, spike….teamwork baby! (and can’t wait to hear the response)

      1. One for mileage and one for minute interval count downs…

He had another one up his sleeve a little further to randomize the cadence count… just to play w/ @SoloCup’s head. Btw – coming soon to an AO near you — @SoloCup OCD Tribute Workout — complete with odd exercise rep counts, mud rolls, and jump ropes.

        1. I just threw up a little in my mouth…I’m not sure I can trust a man who can live with himself stopping an exercise at rep 16

    2. One of the watches was keeping track of the mileage with GPS. That one can’t do a stop watch while tracking GPS, or at least this guy doesn’t know how! We were supposed to do 6 laps, for a ‘mini-bear’ 5k, but that didn’t happen!

How are we supposed to do 1 minute of mercins or 1 minute plank without a minute timer?? I prefer to do some things to random time intervals rather than trying to herd you cats with cadence.

That being said … I was never a fanny pack guy, but hey, it’s cool if you are, @BillyGoat. I’m sure they are very useful on the golf course.

  7. Solid lead @FlipPhone! Enjoyed the enhanced #MumbleChatter due to the twitter traffic…

Judging from the gravel superman pulses some opted for, it would appear that some of the PAX is just really tough… or just too #DaintyForDampness.

  8. Solid workout, @FlipPhone. If I didn’t know any better I’d think you intentionally picked the stuff I hate the most – running and bear crawls. And wheel barrows. Balls-to-the-wall…hate that too. Oh, and don’t forget crab walks. Did I mention running?

    1. Ha ha, I bet Saturday is going to be fun paybacks!
