Counting Toes

Boot camps and running workouts make us stronger and healthier, but without a good stretch to loosen tight muscles and improve blood circulation, they can also be detrimental. 7 Harrisburg faithful surely had this in mind when they sought the healing power of a yoga stretch workout this morning.
The Thang
- Forward Fold Series, including: Mountain, Angels Breath, Forward Fold, Half-Forward Fold, Chair, Spinal Twist, Shoulder Rolls, Neck Rolls, Salute Side Stretch.
- Balance Series, including: Warrior Three, Tree, Figure Four, Figure Four Chair, Leg Cradle, Lynn Swann, Half Moon, Revolved Half Moon.
- Down Dog Series, including: Down Dog, Three Point, Cheetah, Plank, Chaturanga, Up Dog, Lunging Down Dog.
- Lunge Series, including: Down Dog, Lunge, Crescent, Spinal Twist, Warrior One, Lunging Down Dog, Warrior Two, Side Angle, Peaceful Warrior, Triangle.
- Pyramid
- Kneeling Cat and Cow
- Gate
- Pigeon

- Thanks to all the pax for putting up with my silly miscues. I do know the difference between shoulders and elbow, right and left, and I am glad to hear we all have more than one toe on our feet.
- Warrior One was just what I needed today. Sometimes you don’t realize how stiff your muscles have been getting until you try to some real stretches.
