The weather on my phone claimed the low today was supposed to be 45. I assumed that meant it was 45F at 5AM and came dressed for the cold.
Then I got HIIT with @Dutch’s intensity and my back was utterly soaked in sweat.
@dutch – great lead today… HIIT was a hit!
It was great to be back at a workout. Your email worked and recruited at least one person, thanks for the Q and sorry to hear about your knee.
