Old Glory Was Standing At Attention
All All MECA BackblastsApril 7th, 2016
Three manly men met this morning and managed to make the most of many minutes of methodical movements. In other words: 3 Pax busted it in the gloom.
The rain stopped and the stars were shining by 0530, so YHC abandoned plans for a stationary workout under the bus lot awning. Yes…running was once again part of the workout, and we did some of that as you’ll see below:
Mosey through parking lots and circle up
Warm-o-rama
- SSH
- Windmill
- Imperial Storm Trooper
- Merkins
- Mtn Climbers
- Air Squats
The Thang
Mosey to the big deck around the classroom trailers
Bear crawl the entire length with 5 burpees at each corner
Mosey to the abyss bench
- abyss merkins
- dips
Mosey to bus lot and begin this circuit
- SSH x 20, burpees x 5, jump squat x 10
- Run a lap around the bus lot
Mosey to wall
- People’s chair
- Merkins
Mosey back to abyss bench
- abyss merkins
- dips
- incline merkins
Mosey back to the big deck
- bear craw deck again, in the opposite direction
Mosey to mary
Mary
- LBC
- WW II situps
- Pretzel stick
- J-Lo
- Crunchy Frog
Moleskin
The wind picked up after the rain stopped, and it was nice to see Old Glory standing at attention on the shovel flag in the stiff breeze.
Gridiron – you’re looking stronger … keep it up … and try to get ToGo back out also
Deuce – knew I could count on you, rain or no rain … good work
Please consider the Wings of Eagles service opportunity on April 16 at 9:00 am. This was a win/win for the participating Pax and for WoE when we did it last year. 2.0’s can help too! … http://f3nation.com/?s=wings+of+eagles

Thanks for a tough workout, @SS Minnow. Glad we avoided that huge downpour I woke up to.
I saw the forecast and wimped out. I hate myself now. See ya Saturday
