With the whole gang here we headed down the dark hill.

- Lined up at the bottom for an Indian Run to the shelters with 1 burpee off the back.
We made it to the end of the parking lot for a flash back of one of Bulls’ classic workouts from Hburg. Little 400 or something like that.?

To the swings for 4 Swerkins…. With legs on the swing in a plank position, do a merkin and a crunch. “The Swerkin” thanks for that one Deuce.

- 10 Heels to Heaven
- 10 Freddie Mercury (bicycle)
- 10 Reverse crunch.

The Moleskin:
- Thanks for letting me lead the way today. This is a great AO and possibilities are endless.
- I have no idea why 5 Swerkins sounded like too many. It is a truly miserable exercise and 4 was enough for most mortals. Next time, I’ll shoot for 5.
- Great to see Constitution back out and in the Boondocks! Welcome back brother!
- Thanks Dr Doolittle for putting the pressure on all of us at the little 400. Strong effort!
- Thanks for getting the group card Thick Burger!
- Keep bringing new guys out!! This is the perfect time of year to start up.
Peace and Blessings,
YHC – Escalade

Inspired by seeing a few runners at 6:40 in the park, I believe its time to start the pre-workout trail run next week. Yes, it will be dark, dangerous, and difficult. If you’re brave/dumb enough to show up, bring a headlamp, bandages, and a kick ass attitude. Starting out for a 3 – 4 mile run at 6AM Saturday.
Had fun Escalade! May take you up on next week’s pre-workout run.
Loving this AO, still hating the burpees! Thanks for leading Escalade. As much as I don’t want to get up any earlier on Saturdays I will see you in the gloom next week for the run. Looking forward to coffeeteria already.
My in-laws will be in town next week. Early run, workout, and a looong coffeteria sounds great.
