4 of Harrisburg’s finest and 1 2.0 got up early on a beautiful March morning for some speed work. It is almost a 30 degree temperature change from Monday morning to this morning, crazy. The work out went a little something like this.

Warm up

Mosey from Parking Lot

4 X 400’s – Relaxed pace (1 Mile)

The Thang

• 6X 800’s run at race pace – 2 laps
• 30 second rest after the odd 800’s
• 2 minute rest after the even 800’s

Cool Down

Out of time…

Mosey back to Parking Lot

Total 16 total laps ~4 Miles
