As The Valley’s MQ, YHC thought last night to check to make sure someone was signed up to Q this morning. No one was, so YHC took advantage of the opening and through a little something together last minute. It went something like this.

Indian Run down Mallard Creek, take Right on Alexander Rd. and head to Office Building parking lot
Partner Up (YHC was alone)
Round 1
Partners do 50 Mericans and 50 Squats (25 each), Run to other end of lot
40 Mericans and 40 Squats, Run to other end of lot
30 and 30, Run
20 and 20, Run
10 and 10, Run
Round 2
50 LBCs and 50 Curb Dips, Run
40 and 40, Run, 30 and 30…..
