16 before 5a risers from the “crisp” streets of Harrisburg took to the lots and hill of HiRHS, planted the shovel flag and got right to moving. Not advisable to stay still when mercury is @ 24 fahrenheit (sounds warmer than its -4.4444 Euro celsius equivalent)

Warmup:
Make our way through the main lot (mosey/butt kickers/slide going left/slide going right/mosey) to part of lot near HS gym, then circle up for warm-up

The Thang:
Half parking spaces row run forward, left, back, left, repeato for half of parking row lines, then repeato run back, right, forward, right for other half.

Starting @ lot corner near baseball field, mosey 1/2 of parking lot, stopping @ each corner to complete 1 of 4 exercises.

Burpees x10, Mericans x20, Air Squats x30, LBC x40, Repeato

WWII Sit Ups x20, Mountain Climbers x15 each leg, Turkish Get Ups x10 (5 each side), Burpees x5, Repeato

2 line Indian Run to HiRHS entrance hill. Burpee x1 @ base of hill, Air Squats x2 @ top, Burpees x3 @ other side, Air Squats X 4 @ top, Burpees x5 @ base, jailbreak back to lot ny cars for Mary.

Homer to Marge x6; Pretzel Sticks r x10, Pretzel Sticks l X 10 (BBQ), J Lo x20, (Bull)

Moleskin:
1. A privledge for the opportunity to lead such a fine group today.

2. First Q I led where we didn’t make it to the bleachers and track. My Q is becoming more diverse.
3. How dare that kid arrive @ school @ 5:55a and interfere with our WWII sit ups.
4. Doesn’t seem it, but we covered over 2 miles in addition to building our core.
