Core Work to Keep Warm
All All MECA BackblastsJanuary 6th, 2016
Hot yoga is all the rage these days. Why? I have no idea. I prefer an nice cool breeze on me, while my muscles warm themselves and bring on a light, cool sweat. Now, yoga in 27°F is another situation. While I still prefer being cold to sweating to death, it is a challenge to keep those muscles warm doing yoga alone when the temperatures dips so low. So today, four pax engaged their core to try to keep warm.

Nice lead @Deuce, my abs are still feeling it.
@Deuce, so you’re saying your going to bring a yoga mat next week.
Core galore this morning! Solid lead @Deuce. Now if you could incorporate something to keep the hands warm too, you’ve got something. I tried #JazzHands and gloves… with limited success.
