Moleskin
  1. Strong work by the PAX this morning.  10 sets of three exercises 25 reps each with a slight Mosey in between.  Those participating in #Merkvember2016 got a leg up on the competition today  You’re welcome
  2. Lots of mumble chatter from the usual suspects, mocking YHC’s typical list of (valid) complaints regarding getting wet.  YHC persevered with his usual style and grace.  We stayed “relatively” dry the entire time.
  3. I still want to be @Clueless when I grow up
  4. Great to see @Starsky this morning.  See you in the Spring buddy

Two years ago, as I was about to embark on my first Q, I admit, I was afraid.   I didn’t think I was in good enough shape (still aren’t) and was sure I would make a mistake (which I made many.)  Know what?  It didn’t kill me.  In fact it’s made me stronger.  Being a regular Q in Harrisburg (as well as a few other AO’s) is an extremely rewarding experience.  It gives me a chance to give back to an organization that does so much for me.  So if you’re ready to start paying for this “free” workout you’ve been getting, let me know.  I will help get you set up, co-Q with you, or watch #TheSix on your first post. Whatever it takes

Bottom line is you’ve got to get out of your comfort zone and take a risk. I’m glad I did.

Peace,

Solo Cup

  1. Thanks for the opportunity to lead

    1. Congrats on 2 years brother! Your style and grace (whatever brand it may be) is an inspiration to us all. Not to bad for a #Neer.

  2. @SoloCup – we’re glad you did as well, and we’re all better off for it. Great workout, simple but effective. I do miss the art work you put on your early backblasts, though, even if the copyright police didn’t. Niceties aside, adding “usual” in front of “style and grace” is quite a disclaimer….

Great to see so many come out this morning. Strong work.

    1. I didn’t say my style was good or that I had a lot of grace…just my “usual” amount of both

      1. Exactly!

  3. Oh, and @TBone, doing Merkvember doesn’t excuse you from workouts. Just sayin…

    1. I heard there was some #mumblechatter from the peanut gallery on here. Don’t worry, I’m still posting. Though I will say the merkins are taking their toll! Word on the street is there may be some merkins next Tuesday, free of charge.

  4. @SoloCup- congrats on 2 years!

  5. @SoloCup – Congrats on 2 years! Sorry I couldn’t make it. Thanks for giving back so often. You’ve been a great influence on many of us!

  6. Thanks for your strong leadership @SoloCup! And congrats on 2 years of Q’ing! You have been, and continue to be, an inspiration for me and many others. It was your couch-to-5K leadership that made me get out and test out how my back would take to running again.

Btw – MClueless thanks you for not approaching the field today… she really dislikes @Gamma and @ScheduleC though.

  7. I have missed you guys. Hope to be back next week.

  8. 2 years! Appreciate all you do for the group.
