2 pax posted for what has become Highland’s least popular beatdown.  I’ve been there almost every week so I know it can’t be the company…..

The Thang:

  1. We set out to do the HC 5K Loop + Fairvista Chaser route doing fartleks; 1 min on 2 min off.
  2. Well….the conversation was so darn good that we ended up running 5.5 files but only doing one fartlek.  @SpeedFailure but #2ndFSuccess.

The Naked Moleskin:

  1. We talked mountains, family, the west, Asheville weekend plans, work, etc…  Solid stuff.  Show to know.
