Strong showing today men. I think I hit a personal best today, anyone else?

@Clueless/@Escalade/@Magnificent – Great push this morning. You guys flew! @Mag – thanks for picking up the six and for the extra push at the last 0.25mi. I can see how running with you is #ironsharpeningiron.

@Flipphone – strong finish at the end. You are really improving! Must be the Eldorado.

I noticed that everyone is getting stronger and working through the sets more quickly. We might have to institute the 20lb vest soon (anyone have one?).

@Petey – you are holding us back son. You need to get quicker on those pull-ups and I don’t accept your “lack of opposable thumbs” as an adequate excuse. However, you run like a pedigree! Always glad to see you post.

Great work this morning fellas! This is only my second time out for this, but it’s quickly becoming a favorite.

Thanks @Othello for the mention of the 5k. I encourage anyone interested in a 5k to sign up and show up. This is a great opportunity to support a good cause here in our area. It’s $30 to participate, with 100% of the net proceeds going to Levine Children’s Hospital. The link @Othello posted is for a team that I am supporting, Team Aayla. She’s a local girl, and family friend, that you can read about on the page. The main thing is to participate, regardless of affiliation. Click on “Event Home” to visit the homepage and sign up as an individual if you prefer. Hope to see you there!

Nice lead @Othello. I’m almost able to keep up. Its a slow process, but glad to be part of this group!

Thanks @Magnificent for coming back and pushing us to speed up that last 0.25 mile.

Anyone interested in joining my team for mudrun? If I can do it, I’m sure you guys would breeze through!

See you in the gloom …
