Cloudy with a chance of Merkins

8 men came ready to work on a wet, wet morning. The rain wasn’t too heavy but was with us most of the time.

Warm up:
Jog up to the library steps:
Set 1: Reverse Spiderman Merkins up the stairs, lunge down the ramp
Set 2: Hop on 1 (right) foot up each step, lunge down the ramp
Set 3: Hop on 1 (left) foot up each step, lunge down the ramp
Set 4: Reverse Spiderman Merkins up the stairs, lunge down the ramp

Mosey over to the logs for some Log Ladders:
In groups of 2-3 (or solo if you’re Bos):
10 overhead presses — 10 curls — 10 squats — 10 crunches
8 overhead presses — 8 curls — 8 squats — 8 crunches
6 overhead presses — 6 curls — 6 squats — 6 crunches
4 overhead presses — 4 curls — 4 squats — 4 crunches
2 overhead presses — 2 curls — 2 squats — 2 crunches

Mosey over to the soccer field for some time trials:
10 merkins — group has 60 seconds to run length of the field
10 merkins — group has 50 seconds to run length of the field
10 LBCs — group has 40 seconds to run length of the field
10 LBCs — group has 30 seconds to run length of the field
10 air squats — group has 20 seconds to run length of the field
10 air squats — group has 15 seconds to run length of the field

REPEATO with a twist…same thing, but with a partner piggyback carry and cut the field in half:
10 merkins — partners have 60 seconds to run to half field
10 merkins — partners have 50 seconds to run to half field
10 LBCs — partners have 40 seconds to run to half field
10 LBCs — partners have 30 seconds to run to half field
10 air squats — partners have 20 seconds to run to half field
10 air squats — partners have 15 seconds to run to half field

Mosey around the track and through the woods down to the Nuclear pond for some…

Run up the hill, touch the shelter
Down: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Under the shelter, do Ladders on your own:
10 dips — 10 decline merkins — 10 jump/step-ups
