- Welcome out Torque Wrench FKA – Adam Renstrom. Be very glad we did not try typing your name in a computer before todays workout!!!! Every time I type Renstrom on the computer it auto corrects it to “Restroom.” Still could be a name changer, but Torque Wrench sounds cool. Keep posting, hope to see you back out soon.
- Thanks for allowing me to lead the group today. I tried to dial it back a little for the BRR this week. Hope everyone appreciated the easy day.
- Counter Top. 60 Seconds and gone, You came out of nowhere and then added more gas at the end?!! Crazy fast sprint brother… crazy..
Have a blessed day!

Great seeing everyone this morning. Thanks for putting up with my lead.
Liked the variety @Escalade. Thanks for the solid lead!
Welcome out @TorqueWrench. Way to keep pushing out there. Look forward to seeing you out regularly.
Nice Q @Escalade, like @Clueless stated – thanks for the lead and the change up of routine.
@TorqueWrench – welcome! It doesn’t get any easier but you WILL get stronger. See you at future posts.
Thought I had you @Countertop at the end of the sprint. You are quick. If @Clueless and @Escalade gave 100% I definitely would have been in the dust (#ironsharpensiron)
Great lead this morning @escalade. Were you shooting from the hip the whole time? Felt like you were, but in a good spontaneous fast paced way.
@constitution where are you?…60 seconds and gone isn’t the same without you. Comeback!!!
@Othello was like the cartoon runners… A blur of feet and a torso. #roadrunner-show
@Restroom… I’m a fan of the double post before nickname for reason of rushing to name, but Torque Wrench is a good one. Keep posting!
