Mosey around parking lot to where we started – giving some the feeling the workout was done

Warmorama – IC:

  • 20 SSH
  • 15 Mountain Climbers
  • 16 Cotton Pickers
  • 15 IST
  • 15 Carolina Dry Docks

The Thang:

Form to Indian Run Lines.  Indian run out of parking lot exit as (as if heading to the soccer field / play ground), turn right heading to golf range

Grab some fence:

  • Derkins – Top Rail – 10 IC
  • LBC – 15 IC
  • Sumo Squat – 15 IC
  • Derkins – Lower Rail – 10 IC
  • LBC – 10 IC
  • Sumo Squat – 15 IC

Back on the road, and lunge to intersecting road – Linksland.  You should be feeling it one hour later, or you needed push lower and farther, or you are on pain meds.

Find golf cart heading to clubhouse:

  • Crawl Bear (backwards bear crawl) until “had enough”
  • Backwards Crab Walk until “had enough”

Slow Mosey around back of clubhouse to golf cart garage entrance.  Split into three groups to rotate around three stations:

  • Station 1: Run around “island” behind club house and do 10 Hand Release Merkins
  • Station 2: Run down to road as you exit clubhouse parking lot and do 30 LBCs
  • Station 3: Run up to golf cart garage and do 10 BTW
  • Repeat until told otherwise

Slow mosey to parking lot and partner up.

  • Broken Wheel barrel to first island (partner 1)
  • Broken Wheel barrel to second island (partner 2)
  • Both partners run back to end of parking lot and do 30 LBCs
  • repeato – switch side that is “broken”
  • Plank, Left arm up, Neutral, Right arm up
  • 10 Merkins – IC

Mosey to starting point for Mary

Mary

  • Pretzel Crunch – 15 IC per side
  • Fredie Mercury – 15 IC
  • Reverse Crunch – 15 IC
  • Rosalita – 15 IC
  • Stretch legs

Moleskin:

  • Really liking the good number of PAX that posted today.  It fills a need and makes us better by coming together.
  • Big Welcome to today’s FNGs! Keep on coming!
  • At #Grinder’s suggestion, we audibled the workout away from the clubhouse as knew employees were about to start coming.  If you are Q’ing at Skywalker stay away from clubhouse as you approach 6AM.  Probably won’t be in issue when it we get deep into the fall and sunrise is later…
  • My partner for the broken wheel barrel was #thorn, he is a natural at the broken wheel barrel.  What a better way to help you build the core while also doing some pecks, shoulders and arms…
  • YHC had a couple of out of body experiences while doing cadence.

    The Q was in overdrive today, thanks for the lead @Gordo. My favorite quote from the gloom, “Did somebody push the fast forward button on Gordo today?”.

    Great to see so many guys out there this week! Everybody tell your neighbors, friends, foes, strangers… Drag them out there with you and show them what they are missing out on.
