Better Late than Never!
All All MECA BackblastsAugust 16th, 2015
Thank you to the 25 men that came out for the boot camp workout this morning! Thank you for all of your hard and being patient with Tabasco as he led his first F3 workout!
#disclaimer
Warmup: SSH IC x15, Merkins x15, Windmill IC x15(remix version)
The Thang: In groups of 3 or 4 we completed The People’s Carry (sorry I forgot The People’s Chair was already taken). The People’s Carry consisted of having one or two guys sit on the benches and two guys carry the bench the length of the football field. Those sitting were able to rotate with those carrying as needed. The guys that weren’t able to participate in The People’s Carry completed a ladder around the track until a bench became available. The Ladder – 5 Mountain Climbers, 10 air squats, 15 WW2 Sit-ups, and 20 Lunges.
Indian Run: Completed a two line Indian Run to the side of the High School to the tires.
Tire Mayhem – In partners, guys flipped or threw tires and then their partners jumped in and out of the tires the length of the field and back on the side of the high school.
Mary: LBC x15, FM x15, Crunchy Frog x10, JL x20, Squirm x25
Moleskin:
- Don’t forget about the Harrisburg Food Pantry!
- Once again thank you for the opportunity to lead! F3 has been and will continue to be a great blessing in my life spiritually, physically, and mentally! You men are great motivation in leading me to strive to be a better Man of God, Husband, Father, and Teacher each day! Keep up the Good Work!
Thanks,
Tabasco
