A Dirty Dozen got TIREd prior to enjoying the StoneBridge Men’s Breakfast. Here’s how it went…

Warm-up (large circle):

• SSH
• Butt Kickers around circle
• IST
• High Knees around circle
• Cotton Pickers
• Shuffle to right around circle
• Windmills
• Shuffle to left around circle
• Mountain Climbers
• Lunge Walk around circle

The Thang:

• Up the stairs to the Outback
• 10 pull-ups, 10 knee-ups, 10 chin-ups OYO
• Time to get TIREd!!! Each pax grab a large tire and roll it into a large circle
• Tire Flips back and forth x10
• Tire Rotation Incline Merkins around tire twice
• Tire Toe Touches ICx10
• Tire Rotation Derkins around twice
• Tire Break for…10 pull-ups, 10 knee-ups, 10 chin-ups OYO
• Tire Bent-knee Ski Abs ICx10
• Tire Shoulder Shrugs ICx10
• Tire Jump Burpees x10 (this is where YHC started to feel the TBQ!)
• Tire Jump-ins side-to-side x10
• Tire Bent-over, reverse-grip Rows x10
• Tire Break for…10 pull-ups, 10 knee-ups, 10 chin-ups OYO
• Put Tires away and line up for…
• Run field at 50% back and forth
• Run field at 75% back and forth
• Run field at 100% back and forth
• At this point YHC put it up for a vote – Do 100% run again or go back to the pull-up bars. The pull-up bars have it, so…10 pull-ups, 10 knee-ups, 10 chin-ups OYO
• This wasn’t enough for Bloodsport who stated he wanted to change his vote, so..
• Run field at 100% back and forth

Back to Lot for Mary:

• Crunch Frogs
• Low Flutter, Low Dolly, Rosalita medley
• Airborne Mindbender while contemplating the value of Physical Fitness and Spiritual Fitness
