    Thanks for another good beatdown @Schedule C. My shoulders are not “toast” but I really feel the effects from those plankmowerthingymagiggies! Need to get myself a larger KB – looking for a 30 & 35. @Clueless, let me know when Academy has another sale. Great work men!

    Great workout… I really forgot that I like Kettle bells. @othello… I just donated my 35 pounder to the group. I’m sure I wont be pushing that weight for quite some time…trade u for a lighter one. Good to be ‘back’
