Mixed Bag Morning

19 faithful (and to be honest, a bit too trusting) pax decided to skip the #fartsack and endure a sweaty mixed bag of pain presided over by YHC. Here’s all the sweaty details.

#Warm Up

  • Mosey
  • SSH x 20
  • Windmill x 10
  • Merkins x 10
  • Air Squats x 15

#The Thang
Mosey to the picnic benches for:

  • 10 incline merkins
  • 10 decline merkins
  • 15 dips
  • 20 step ups (10 each leg)

Repeat 3x

Mosey around the back of the school for:

  • LBC x 25
  • Reverse Crunches x 25
  • WWII situps x 10 OYO
  • Superman/Banana x 5
  • Rolling Merkins x 10

Mosey to the field near the bandstand. Wait, there was a field there the whole time?!?!?
Jack Webbs 1/4 up to 5. YHC failed miserably at the counting on this. Let’s move on.

  • Indian run back to the start of the gravel road.
  • Sprint back to the stop sign.

Pretzel crunches x 15 each side (Clueless led)
Freddie Mercury x 20
Homer to Marge x 5 (lots of holding).

    @Skedule C- good work out this morning. If you could turn down the humidity, it would be even better.

    Not sure you asked me to correct you, but I will….you must have been too hosed up by your own workout to notice that @Clueless led us on the Pretzels…and the Son of a Gun took us up to 15 each side.
