Loop-d-loop

6 of Harrisburg’s finest came out for some running and loops at the park.

The thang:
Head down Main Street
Left on Roberta
Right on University City/49
Left on Alexander St (head toward Harrisburg Park)

Circuits at park loop:
Bottom of loop: 5 jump squats, run
Middle of loop: 5 merkins, run
Top of loop: 5 burpees, run back down
Then:
Bottom of loop: 4 jump squats, run
Middle of loop: 4 merkins, run
Top of loop: 4 burpees, run back down
Etc. down to 1

Head back down Alexander St
Right on University City/49
Left on Roberta
Right on Main Street, back to home base.

All in all, we logged between 4-4.25 on top of the exercises at the loop.
Strong work men!

Moleskin:
1. Enjoyed the additional “sprinkler dash” exercise there in the beginning. Gotta be quick!
2. Sorry for the separation at the park – I’ll say it was part of my plan so I could feel momentarily ahead of Magnificent for the first time…ever. (and will be the last)
3. Tclaps to Swami’s dog, Petie(?) Petey? Pee-tee? for a strong post.

    @Swami, great catching up with you during the run. With all the diesel fumes on the way back, I should have taken your route on the way back.
