Up Down Slowly

5 Harrisburg Men came out for the easiest workout all week. Just picking things up and putting them back down. Controlled and Slow.

Warmup: Mosey to the end of the parking lot and back, SSH IC X15, IST IC X 15, Merkin IC X 10.

Thang:
Goblet Squat
Shoulder Press
Chest Press
Skull Crusher
Curl
Bent Row
Dead Leg Lift
Triceps Extension
Upright Row

Round 1.
Each exercise was done 3X for 10 reps each. The first set was a “normal set”. The second set we slowed down on the down movement, going down on a four count. The Third set was slowed down on the up movement, going up on a four count.
Round 2.
Each exercise was done 2X for 8 reps each. We dropped the normal set and went straight for the slow on the down for the first set and then slow on the up for the second set.

Mary: LBC w/KB x 15, Squirm X 15, Low Flutter w/KB X15, Rosalita w/kb X15, and The W (Othello) w/kb X 15.

Moleskin:
1. Good workout today men, thank you for letting me try something different. Goal was to slow down everything to get more control and burn.
2. A lot going on over the next few weeks including The Bear, Q school, Mint Hill Expansion, The Boondocks expansion. Plenty to keep everyone moving.
